The update will start at 07:00 am CEST, October 15, 2024, and will presumably take about 1 hour to complete. During this time prisma CLOUD and all associated services hosted on the EU-based server site will not be available.
Please note that some statistics may not be shown on the Monitoring page right after the update and will be fully back shortly after the update is finished. Please also note that due to data migration, the period displayed for the therapy settings in the PDF report for prismaLINE and prisma VENT devices may be inaccurate for up to two days. The therapy settings on the device itself are correct and the therapy is delivered as expected.
The update includes: • NEW: Be informed about alarms and notifications triggered on the therapy device with the Alarm lists for LUISA and prisma VENT • NEW: Alarm list for LUISA is also available via API • NEW: Device list improvements: - See a list of deleted devices - See devices equipped with modems that are currently not sending data - Latest data source (modem, prisma APP, SD card) is shown • NEW: Detailed device information in dedicated device section in the Patient File • NEW: Timeline with a history of operations in the Patient File • IMPROVED: Scroll-back-to-top button for easier navigation
